History of ESTO Connectors
Based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, ESTO Connectors is a division of Corners Limited. Corners Limited and the ESTO trademark were created in 1981. Corners Limited is a manufacturer of custom enclosures for zoos, nature centers, wildlife rehab centers, sanctuaries, and bird enthusiasts/hobbyists around North America.

The founder and current owner, Jim Pestoor, moved to the United States as a teenager from the Netherlands. He thoroughly enjoyed his work in the mold making business for the plastics industry. What started as a hobby in 1980 building cages for canaries, finches, and cockatiels turned into a passionate vocation. The “esto” name came from within his last name.
Over time, ESTO Connectors has evolved our product line, expanding from 1” square to include ¾” square and 1.5” square components. With our full line of products, the possibilities are endless!
