Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not returnable.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned.

All orders may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 35 % .
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our sales office for a return authorization. Please do not send your purchase back without a return authorization number.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 628 South 8th Street, Kalamazoo MI 49009. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Information
We are proud to feature a very fast lead time and shipping turnaround. Our warehouse is located in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
For standard, in-stock items, please note that it can take up to two full business days after the time that you place your order for it to ship from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
We offer shipping via UPS or Freight, depending on the size of the order. Expedited shipping options are also available. Shipping fees are prepaid and added to the order total.
We ship throughout the United States & Canada. For orders outside of the U.S., customer is responsible for shipping arrangements. The customer is also responsible for all brokerage fees (i.e. duties, taxes, etc.) associated with International shipping.

We can also ship via freight/common carrier for larger orders or overlength items. If freight shipping is needed, please contact us directly to place your order.

What is mitering?
Mitering is a 45 degree angle cut on the flange of the tubing, and it is necessary when 2 pieces of flanged tubing meet at a corner. Cost for mitering is $.75/miter, plus a $10 setup fee per order.

What is the alloy/temper of ESTO tubing?
6063/T5

What is the difference between mill finish, anodized clear & anodized black?
Mill finish is just raw aluminum. It is more susceptible to showing scratches & blemishes, and we do not recommend it for use in structures that will be seen. The anodized finishes provide a smooth, satin-like finish.

What is your standard length of tubing?
We offer 95” standard pieces, shippable through UPS, or 96 ½” pieces, shippable via freight/common carrier.

How do you cut the tubing?
A chop saw or a miter box work best, using a non-ferrous, carbide tip blade. The more teeth the blade has, the cleaner result you will have.

If I have ESTO Connectors cut the tubing, what is your cut tolerance?
We allow for a tolerance of +/- 1/16”. We cut on 1/16” increments, so if your sizes are on those increments, they should be precise.

Is there an added fee for cutting?
For the ¾” and 1” tubing, there is a $.75/cut charge. For the 1.5” tubing, there is a $1.75/cut charge. Both also have a $10 setup fee per order.

How can I clean the ESTO tubing?
You can use regular soap and water or diluted vinegar.

What material are ESTO connectors made out of?
¾” and 1” connectors are made out of a “Super-tough” molded nylon, which is a heavy duty plastic. 1.5” connectors are also made out of a “super-tough” molded nylon, with fiberglass reinforcement.

Which tubing do I use with the standard 1” connectors?
Our standard 1” connectors work tightly with our 1” standard tubing profiles, and our 15/16” tubing profiles. The fit between the 2 is tight enough that you will need a rubber mallet to pound the connector & tubing together, and they are meant to be permanent.

Which tubing do I use with the 1” Square quick release connectors?
Slip fit tubing works best with the quick release connectors. The thinner wall on the slip-fit tubing allows it to be loose with the 1” connectors, and the quick release button is what locks the connector & tubing together, then. Note: Any 1” connector leg that does NOT have a button will still be loose with the slip-fit tubing, and will either need the standard 1” tubing or another way to secure the connector & tube together

I don’t see the quick release connector I need, can it be made?
We can install quick release buttons into almost all of our standard 1” connectors. The cost is $6.20/button. There may be added fees to modify hollow connector legs to accept the button installation. Contact us for a quotation!

Does ESTO Connectors make ¾” quick release connectors?
We do not make ¾” quick release connectors at this time.

Does ESTO Connectors make 1.5” quick release connectors?
