    The thicker more durable Esto Aluminum Tubing profile is the 1" diameter with a .065 wall thickness. This profile fits perfectly with any of the 1" molded nylon connectors. Stronger applications require thicker tubing. Ideal uses include heavier retail display systems, large signage systems, egress window screen grids and industrial applications such as machine guards.     This square, aluminum tubing frame system features a wider diameter (15/16") for larger projects. However, the thinner walls (.044) keep it affordable.
